THE ROLE
Applications are sought from experienced Accounts Officers to join the team at Leichhardt.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Officer is responsible for all accounts receivable and payables, and to work within the Finance team in supporting the Financial Accountant and the Financial Controller.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Conducting all Company accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets with all parties and preparing monthly variance analysis report
- Assist with ERP Project and work with the Finance team in data integrity and user acceptance testing
- Maintain banking transactions and cash flow management
- Be involved in project cost management which includes review of budget, project costing and variance analysis.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Cert IV in Business/Accounting or equivalent
- Ideally previous experience working in the resources industry
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience
- Good team player and able to work collaboratively
- Good attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and self-reliant.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must:
- Be domiciled and eligible to work in Australia (without requiring sponsorship) to be considered for employment and
- Able to work from the corporate office located in Subiaco.
