Due to continued growth, this newly created position with provide administrative, project and system support for the growing team.Your ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with the Office Manager you will have the opportunity taking ownership of a variety of tasks and responsibilities utilising a broad range of skills. As the business continues to grow, this position will be in a great position to contribute to new systems and processes to support the growth in addition to providing vital administrative and project support across the business including but not limited to;
  • Quality Assurance maintenance and auditing
  • Systems support i.e. phone system, SharePoint
  • Travel co-ordination
  • Company fleet management
  • Insurance renewals
  • Maintain office facilities
  • Identifying and updating Policy & Procedures for the business
  • Document formatting
  • Various projects as required by the business

We are seeking a collaborative and experienced office professional. Ideally you will have worked in medium to large business and have gained experience working with and implementing systems and processes that support business growth and continuous improvement. Full training will be provided on the systems as some are new and it is not anticipated you will that the experience, just the capability and interest in learning and taking ownership of your responsibilities is what we are seeking. This position offers you the unique opportunity to undertake projects in addition to utilising your administrative skills. You will ideally possess the following skills, attributes and experience;
  • Prior administrative experience essential
  • An interest in learning systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong follow through
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems advantageous
  • Flexible approach to assist where required
  • Happy to work as part of a wider team to achieve outcomes
