The Role As the Senior AML Manager, you will be working directly with the Chief Compliance Officer to help establish the financial crime and AML framework for the organization.The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Establishing the AML/CTF framework, working closely with HQ.- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design necessary controls.- Develop and implement AML policies into the broader framework.- Conduct compliance training and workshops to uplift internal compliance adherence.- Support on compliance board reporting and management.- Ad-hoc duties as required. Your ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:· Consumer Lending or Retail Banking experience is required for this position.· Line 2 experience with policy drafting and AML/CTF regulations· 5+ years of Australian Financial Services AML/Financial crime compliance experience.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong business partnerships with senior stakeholders.
