What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across Macquarie’s businesses and support groups to meet APRA obligations through an effective Prudential Assurance program. This will include effective scoping and stakeholder engagement for each assurance activity, supporting the team lead with the preparation of reports and slide packs for senior management and timely completion and documentation of fieldwork. You will be responsible for status reporting and prioritisation of assurance reviews and identifying ongoing enhancements to the Prudential Assurance Framework and reporting processes.
What you offer
- Previous experience in an assurance/internal audit or risk management role in either the banking and financial services industry or a professional services firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to distil complex issues into clear and concise reports
- Good attention to detail and a curious mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
