About your new role
As Senior Application Support Officer, you'll be responsible for application management functions for your assigned application. We currently have three opportunities, each focusing on supporting one of the following:
- City's Enterprise Project Management Solution, EPMS based on Microsoft Project Online
- City's Compliance and Delegations system, Folio along with our Workplace Health and Safety systems Donesafe and Solv, all of which are SaaS solutions
- City's document management system, Objective and InfoCouncil
As part of your role, you'll be developing applications, managing changes, enhancing systems, and implementing upgrades. You will need an understanding and awareness of multiple domains and interdependencies, even those outside the platform's usual focus.

We're looking for people who have:
- Qualification in Business Management, Information Technology or significant equivalent knowledge andexperience
- Experience in configuring, supporting and managing similar applications
- Proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, influencing constructive outcomes and resolution of issues
- Passion and drive to optimise customer investments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Innovative thinking with the ability to bring new ideas and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement
