Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Employment & Workplace Relations matters.
- Hold a current Australian practicing certificate.
- Possess strong critical reasoning and investigative skills, coupled with high-level drafting abilities.
- Ability to think laterally and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
