About the Role:
In this role, you'll have the chance to work directly with a team of award-wiining Partners, managing a range of front and back-end employment, IR, WR and OH&S matters on both a national and international scale.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Employment & Workplace Relations matters.
• Hold a current Australian practicing certificate.
• Possess strong critical reasoning and investigative skills, coupled with high-level drafting abilities.
• Ability to think laterally and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
