Our client is a global design and engineering company that has been responsible for famous projects around the world. They are currently looking for a Senior Business Administrator to lead and support the group and team with all operations, administrative and client services tasks on a full time permanent basis.
The Role
As a Senior Business Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operation: delegating work, coordinating meetings
- Direct support to leadership teams
- Organizing travel and accommodation as well as team workshops
- Client support: first point of contact, invoicing, taking escalations etc.
- Documenting, updating databases and completing reports
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Salary: $92k - $125k package + profit share
As a Senior Business Administrator, you will offer:
- Relevant professional qualification: tertiary qualifications in business/projects etc.
- 4-5 years of previous experience working in engineering or design sector highly regarded
- Detail and process focused
- Excellent communication skills with customer and solution focus
