Senior Business Analyst

Our client are a leader in the medical field and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team!

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our client achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather and analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure successful project implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with key business stakeholders to precisely define business needs and requirements, ensuring that the ongoing solution development effectively meets its objectives.
•Provide hands-on technical support for ERP, operational reporting, and relevant 3rd party solutions
• Skillfully prioritizing tasks and requirements to align with the strategic goals of the business, while concurrently identifying and mitigating risks, minimizing losses, and enhancing operational efficiencies.
• Evaluating proposed solutions to ascertain the most suitable option that aligns with the specific business requirement(s).
• Maintaining close collaboration with developers throughout the implementation of requirements, while providing valuable guidance to testers during the quality assurance process.
• Efficiently managing scope, addressing issues, and handling changes in a collaborative and adaptive manner.
• Thoroughly comprehending the current state ("As Is") of all business-critical applications.
• Proactively seeking innovative solutions to enhance and optimize existing processes.
Candidate
• Experience in ERP implementation, any Oracle R12 would be advantageous but no crucial.
• Previously worked on EDI projects including e- ordering.
• Over 5 years of IT experience, ideally specializing as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• A proven track record of effectively applying industry-standard best practices in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in working within Agile or other project methodologies.
• Extensive experience collaborating with diverse business areas and engaging various stakeholders.
• Experience with Porcure2pay, order2cash, 3PL.
• Highly adaptable and versatile, capable of responding effectively to shifting business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, consistently providing innovative solutions
