Your new role
Reporting to the Business Analysis Team Lead, the Senior Business Analyst supports the delivery of strategic projects within Member.
As a key member of the project delivery team, you will work collaboratively with project team members, business users, vendors, and suppliers to design, develop and deliver innovative business solutions and improvement initiatives to evolve AustralianSuper's platforms, services, and capabilities for members.
Some key responsibilities but not limited to;
- Support the project team and business users in the discovery, design, and implementation of business solutions.
- Identify and document root causes of business problems and/or opportunities for improvement.
- Define current and future state business solutions using process models.
- Prepare, co-ordinate and run internal and external stakeholder workshops to facilitate requirement development and design.
- Develop, validate, prioritise, track, manage and maintain business requirements for the project.
- Work collaboratively with project team to complete assigned activities within agreed timeframes.
- Build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders and understand their challenges and pain points.
- Become an active member of the Business Analysis Community of Practice.
What you'll need
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on successfully delivered significant Member projects or initiatives.
- Experience working in superannuation, financial services, or wealth management.
- Experience working with knowledge management systems.
- Experience working in agile, waterfall and hybrid project environments.
- Ability to develop, organise, prioritise, validate, track, and manage business requirements.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with new people and develop strong sustainable stakeholder relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Experience in process improvement, design, and modelling.
