Your new role
As an Organizational Change Analyst/Manager:
- Manage the implementation and delivery of change programs and projects within the business applying sound change and project management principles and best practice methodologies to achieve the required outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on the end-to-end change strategy, communication, impact, change readiness, training needs and deployment plans.
- Provide expert advice and information on emerging project issues and present recommendations to inform decision-making and mitigate the impacts of change to our people and our business.
- Create change management and communications plans and deliver awareness sessions through a structured change management implementation strategy.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships though effective communication, consultation, negotiation to aid in project implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in change management in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impact of changes on stakeholders.
- Flexibility and Adaptability ability to work Collaboratively
