Position Overview:
As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing change initiatives across our organisation. Reporting directly to the GM - Enterprise Change, you will develop, coordinate, and support analysis, communication, and engagement strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to change. Your responsibilities will encompass various components of change, including people and culture, systems and processes, and technology improvements. You will have the scope and freedom to define and shape the change strategy and resources, with the opportunity to manage at least one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of changes impacting employees.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure business engagement and change readiness.
- Conduct change analysis and impact assessments to develop effective plans, including communications and learning needs.
- Create actionable deliverables for change management levers, including communications plans, coaching plans, and resistance management plans.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and evaluate user readiness.
- Track and report issues, define success metrics, and monitor change progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Change management certification or designation desired.
- Minimum of 10 years managing change initiatives and 5 years managing direct reports.
- Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and establish strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management approaches and experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
