AddressMorgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known Organisation to recruit a Senior Change Manager across a major enterprise-wide transformation!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing all facets of change management implementation, including leading specific streams and deliverables.
- Craft a focused and actionable change management plan, encompassing a comprehensive training strategy.
- Conduct thorough change impact assessments through inclusive consultation processes.
- Lead workshops and conduct structured stakeholder interviews as needed.
- Manage the communication strategy and create relevant communication materials.
- Coordinate training sessions and develop related materials.
- Provide support to working groups, facilitating agreement on sensitive matters.
- Establish a network of change champions.
- Cultivate relationships and manage expectations with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Identify, document, prioritise, and address change-related risks and issues.
- Perform readiness assessments, analyse results, and present findings clearly.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with senior and executive leaders, including the development and management of formal stakeholder engagement plans
- Proven delivery experience on both Agile and waterfall projects
- Superior workshop design and facilitation skills
- Experience driving cultural and behavioural change
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as technical expertise
- Proven ability and willingness to deliver both tactical and strategic end-to-end change
- Experience on large and complex enterprise-wide transformations spanning multiple years and divisions
- Experience with digital systems
- Change management experience as the sole or lead on a large project or program
