Join a leading government body undergoing a large organisational change due to recent machinery of government changes. This will drastically impact it's people and in turn, require an operating model and organisational re-design to ensure they are set up for success in the new structure.

Your new role

As a Senior Change Manager with experience in TOM transformation / organisation design, and experience in reform within unionised environments you will be responsible to:

• Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and impacted groups, including identification of potential organisational risks and anticipated and anticipated points of resistance internally and externally, and the development of specific change plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
• Develop change management scope and plans (i.e. communication, coaching and training plans) required for the business transformation in line with the organisational project and change frameworks
• Complete change impact assessments on people and processes and present analysis with recommendations to leadership of impacted areas.
• Maintain a view of the bigger business picture, even in very complex situations; evaluating interim results of Change Management activities and their effect on achieving overall program goals, while recognising potential areas of conflict across a complex stakeholder environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Manager within government organisations
• Blue collar industry experience in unionised environment
• Capable of working in both a hands-on and leadership facing/ strategic capacity
• Experience in operating model uplift / transformation and org design
