This well established and professional financial planning practice is dedicated in providing the best possible service to their clients. Due to expansion, they currently have an opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a Senior Client Service Officer role.
Our client is a boutique full service advice business, committed to providing quality financial advice and service to their high net worth clients. They have a strong reputation in delivering exceptional financial services to ensure that they maximise their wealth, taxation and returns.
Their clients benefit from having access to the full range of holistic advice including Wealth Accumulation, SMSF, Retirement, Superannuation, Estate Planning and Risk.

The Role
Reporting to the Partner, you will ensure that their clients receive the highest possible care and attention, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience at all times.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Implementation of advice
- Client and advisor liaison
- Management of ongoing tasks through Xplan
- Completion of ROA on occasion
- Proactively chasing up documentation from clients, advisors and outside third parties
- Undertake Client review preparation
- Maintaining database and other key technology systems
- FDS, Optin and Fee Consents and escalation of breeches
- Adhere to policies, processes, procedures and service standards
- Assist with adhoc projects as required
- Other duties as requested

About You
Ideally, you will be working in the Financial Planning industry as a Client Service Officer and looking to take the next step in your career.
To succeed with this role you will possess the following:
- At least three years prior experience with an understanding of the processes around Financial Planning and the role of a Financial Planner
- Experience using XPlan software
- Strong IT experience and be able to pick up systems easily
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a growing team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build rapport and liaise with stakeholders across all levels; and
- A genuine passion for customer service and the wealth management industry
