Responsibilities: Expanding your network and cultivating business relationships in the Perth market. Building a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates. Managing an end-to-end talent solution for client companies across a variety of industry sectors. Staying informed on hiring market trends and sharing consultative insights with colleagues and customers. Engaging in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B client-facing roles. Strong track record of developing business relationships. Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and develop commercial skill set. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
