Opportunity for Senior Consultants to join our Perth CBD office on a full time permanent basis. As part of our growing permanent and contract focused practice groups at the Perth office, we are seeking experienced recruitment professionals to join our thriving teams. Responsibilities: Expanding your network and cultivating business relationships in the Perth market. Building a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates. Managing an end-to-end talent solution for client companies across a variety of industry sectors. Staying informed on hiring market trends and sharing consultative insights with colleagues and customers. Engaging in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B client-facing roles. Strong track record of developing business relationships. Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and develop commercial skill set. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ethical, growth-oriented, and resilient mindset. Effective stakeholder management abilities.
