Technical Knowledge

• Strong technical skills across the Microsoft cloud eco system – system architecture, network security, endpoint security etc.
• Proven experience of the technical implementation of the Essential Eight controls
• Proven experience in conducting technical security assessments and security audits
• Threat and Vulnerability Management
• Identity and Authentication Management
• Log monitoring and analysis
• Cyber Security Incident Management
• Design and implementation of a wide range of technical security solutions
• Experience in writing high level reports and presentations
• Ability to scope technical requirements and proposal development for the recommended approach

Qualifications and Skills
  
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is highly regarded or equivalent extensive experience in Cyber Security in a similar role will also be considered

• An ability to communicate with people of all levels
• High level of tact and diplomacy
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to facilitate security architecture and design workshops
• Good project management skills and attention to detail
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral
• Flexible and creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work with clients who have different risk appetites
