The Builder.
Founded in 2012, our client is a high-end builder passionate about property and construction. Their expertise lies in various design and construction works, encompassing refurbishments, extensions, conversions, remodeling, and new home builds.
They have recently been awarded a complex, uber-high-end project that has heavy engineering elements, a high level of intricate building, and thought-provoking heritage refurbishment. This project has it all!! Project Value Circa $12m
Role:
A SeniorCA is required to spearhead the procurement and commercial management function across two projects (the one mentioned above and another high-end build in Vaucluse). Circa $6m
You'll work closely with the Director to manage upfront costing processes (strategy)
Trade procurement strategy and delivery and execute contract administration duties efficiently. You'll be supported by Project Coordinators and Cadets to assist with some of the simpler tasks driving quality outcomes to deliver exquisite homes in the Eastern Suburbs..
"We’re talking about indoor pools, wine cells, gyms, saunas, and bowling alleys. These homes are more like hotels!!!
You'll ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and company standards while managing the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control and reporting.
Desired Experience
Demonstrated experience in Contract Administration (pre and post-contract), ideally in the high-end residential space; however, not essential.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High-level Plan interpretation and attention to DA requirements.
