The Role
Due to a new development starting, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator with the following skills and experience.
- Tertiary/trade qualification
- Project experience $50m plus
- Worked on Commercial or Residential
- Subcontractor management
- Able to manage negotiations
- Managed variations and claims
- Procurement
- Creation of contracts and contract close out
- Cost reporting
- Produce scopes of work
- Commercially astute
- Strong computer skills
- Above average communications skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and driven along with strong presentation skills
