Due to significant growth CoMade are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team here in Melbourne. Your role will be to manage project cost control, revenue management, forecasting and general project financial administration requirements.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Contract Administration including all procedures for project commercial administration, general business administration and project management
- Commercial and contract systems including Project Costs Reporting, Asset Registers, Contract Sum.
- Risk assessment and controls involved in delivery and implementation of projects.
- Comprehension of scope of works for the project
About you:
With years of relevant commercial experience in Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying or Legal, your employment history is demonstrated through your ability to deliver sound reporting on compliance and commercial performance of contracts (>$1M). Enhanced by your proficiency in commercial and contract systems your Contract Administration skills include managing all procedures for project commercial administration and general business administration. You can show a detailed understanding of risk assessment and controls involved in delivery and implementation of projects and have a good comprehension of scope of works. Compliance and reporting procedures and processes and compliance with Industrial Relations Management Document and records management is essential for this role, as is your comprehension of project Planning, Tender, Contract and Agreements.
