About the role 
  
The Senior Coordinator Health Networks is responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with health professionals to build awareness of CCQs services, programs, and opportunities available to support all Queenslanders navigating cancer. Enhance and grow CCQs Health Professional Network offering.  
  • Qualifications in health, health promotion, education, or community development or relevant experience  
  • A solid understanding of the health system 
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with members of the health profession  
  • Experience in organising and facilitating meetings, conferences, symposiums  
  • Experience in leading and motivating individuals with exceptional skills in organisation and project management 
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people from all levels of the community 
  • Demonstrated experience in the application and use of Microsoft office suite 
  • Ability to use sound judgment and to manage workloads within tight deadline. 
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently 
  • Strong work ethic and resilience 
  • Current Queensland Driver Licence is required. 
  • Ability to manage, inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve targets 
  • Organisational skills including the ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks 
  • Analytical skills and ability to develop reports demonstrating trends, patterns and need across the region 
  • Frequent travel throughout Queensland will be required
