Our client is a utilities provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Communications Manager to join their dedicated team. As a key player in the energy sector, they are at the forefront of innovation, delivering reliable and sustainable solutions to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce customer churn through targeted and data-driven retention campaigns.
- Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs to guide customers through their journey, from onboarding to renewal.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to integrate marketing strategies into the overall customer experience.
- Oversee the development and execution of customer communication plans across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Navigate and adhere to the stringent regulations governing the energy/utilities sector, ensuring all Customer Communications comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the energy/utilities sector highly advantageous, but not a non-negotiable (open to candidates with experience in highly regulated industries)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing customer communication strategies that drive retention and loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
