As such, this company is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing and dynamic team of likeminded professionals - based in Botany.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Working closely with the Estimator Manager, you will measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and create tender submissions. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company. This position is best suited to someone looking for accelerated growth and progression in their career.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans
- Negotiation
- Prepare tender submissions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
- Demonstrated ability to win new build commercial/residential projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
