Description
- Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Work closely with business units to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial variances and collaborate with stakeholders to address performance gaps.
- Provide financial guidance on new initiatives, investments, and cost optimisation strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and track metrics that align with business objectives.
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA or CPA qualifications (or working towards)
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as Finance Business Partner in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools such as PowerBI.
