AddressA rare opportunity currently exists for a motivated Senior Finance & Insurance Manager to join one of Sydney’s most successful Finance & Insurance teams at Sydney City Toyota Waterloo.
Reporting to the GM of Sales & Marketing, the focus of this role is to lead a team of four Business Managers day to day operations as well as actively selling Finance and Insurance.
This role encompasses a variety of tasks including:-
- Advising clients on various forms of finance and insurance products
- Aligning finance and insurance activities with the broader business sales plan targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at every touch point
- Achieving and reporting of actual performance against set targets
- Working Collaboratory
- Training and communicating with sales and F&I teams on finance and insurance programs, products.
The ideal candidate needs to possess :
- Solid understanding of the retail automotive industry specialising in Finance and Insurances as well as legislative requirements of the financial services industry
- Availability to work weekends (as we are a 7 day trading dealership)
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service skills, previous sales experience and the ability to profile customer's needs
- Possess a positive and motivating personality which flows through to day to day interactions with colleagues and customers
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary structure and commission including a company vehicle and fuel card or car allowance.
