ABOUT THE COMPANY
A well-known healthcare organisation is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team for a 6-month fixed term contract. Situated in the inner suburbs with a reputable name, this organisation is going through exciting change and needs an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to assist with this growth.
Operating within a high performing industry, the business is very much active and fast paced, therefore creating the need for someone who can add value to the team and business. This company is an award-winning business with locations across all of Australia.
The Senior Financial Accountant role will provide high quality consolidated and standalone financial reporting and analytics to internal and external stakeholders to ensure all group reporting deliverables and compliance requirements are achieved, as well as high quality business partnering on technical accounting matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Day to day accounting and finance duties
- Lead delivery of consolidated results and reporting
- Perform reviews, provide advice on technical accounting treatment
- Govern financial data and monitor and mitigate financial risk
- Support management of external audit process, auditors and audit deliverables
- Other adhoc duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Big 4 background preferred
- Consolidated reporting experience in large complex environment
- CA or CPA qualified with minimum 5 years chartered or commercial post qualification experience
- Advanced computer skills - Excel (must), TechnologyOne (preferred but not required)
