- Preparation and analysis of monthly balance sheets
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including investigating variances, identifying trends, and providing commentary. Identify any risk and opportunities in financial performance of the business
- Business partner with stakeholders to prepare and review meaningful budgets and forecast models
- Management of rebate accounting, reimbursements and disbursements
- Manage working capital review including identifying any potential risks and providing recommendations for risk mitigation
- Proactively identify inefficient processes and spearhead improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Adhoc tasks as required
- At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role or capacity in a medium to large organisation
- Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- CA/CPA qualification, or working towards one
- Exposure to large ERP systems such as Dynamics365, Oracle, Hyperion, SAP
- A self-starter with an investigative and curious mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate effectively to finance and non finance stakeholders
