The Senior FP&A Analyst will work closely with general managers in operations, business improvement, strategy and finance to evaluate strategic opportunities and support decision making though the provision of commercial insights and analysis.

As a strategic decision partner to senior managers across the business the Senior FP&A Analyst will be expected to have a proactive focus in identifying potential challenges and opportunities and in providing recommendations to key decision makers.

This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in the future 

success of the business through involvement in;

• analysis of acquisition opportunities
• feasibility studies of proposed new service lines and major capital outlays
• analysis of the impact of operational changes to existing business units
• analysis of financial results to identify areas for improvement and executive focus

The utilisation of new technologies & AI to better service customers needs and gain efficiencies will be an area that the Senior FP&A Analyst will have important input, including assessing costs vs benefits, expected pay back periods,  responses to tender requests and post implementation reviews.

Experience in an FP&A / Financial Analyst role requiring the building of strong relationships with C Suite and General Manager level is seen as essential. 

You should be comfortable expressing your view to managers, and willing to invest the time to build the trust and confidence of decision makers across the business.  

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical skills therefore CA / CPA or CIMA qualifications are regarded as essential.
