Senior Groups Executive to join our dynamic team.
Job Description- Manage and coordinate group bookings across Mercure Sydney and ibis Sydney World Square, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability for both hotels.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote group packages, special offers, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on group bookings, revenue, and performance metrics for both hotels.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Sydney's tourism industry and attractions is a plus.
