The role will report into the local Head of HR and will be supported by peer level consultants and two levels of HR Generalists below. There is also an internal Talent Acquisition function.
The role holder will be required to manage a client group that will include senior stakeholders. Internal client groups will be varied and relatively small (c150 FTE) to enable a 'high touch' HR service.
The role will suit an experienced HR Generalist who can work well within an established function and wants to partner with senior stakeholders. The three key areas are stakeholder management, managing cyclical (calendar) HR events, and employee relations. You must have handled ER (e.g. disciplinary & grievance) and performance improvement discussions from beginning to end.
The client will welcome candidates from retail, FMCG, Industrial, Pharma etc especially if you have looked after a corporate client group.
The role is hybrid - CBD Office (3) / WFH (2).
