About the roleAre you an experienced HR professional with a passion for process improvement and exceptional service delivery? We are looking for a dedicated Senior HR Services Adviser to join our dynamic team. The People Services Team Lead will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our HR advisory function and in establishing 'best practice' standards within the team. Reporting directly to the People Advisory Team Leader, this role is pivotal in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch support to our employees and contractors throughout their lifecycle with us.
What you'll be responsible for- 🎤 HR Query Handling
Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies

Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives
