The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Provide strategic advice, guidance and support to stakeholders on Human Resources matters, policies, procedures and legislation, building trust and credibility with clients.• Undertake analysis and research to identify best practices and trends in Human Resources management, while adopting a people-centric approach, and apply this in order to develop innovative solutions and approaches.• Active engagement and collaboration with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex Human Resources issues and challenges.• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers to promote a culture of continuous improvement.• Develop and deliver training programs to build the capability in areas such as performance management, recruitment and selection and other Human Resources management issues.• Provide support and drive Human Resources projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered and implemented, and align with business objectives and support the achievement of organisational goals.• Integrate data and people analytics to inform and support evidence based decision-making and provide insights to support effective Human Resources management.
Role Requirements
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience:
• Contemporary HR experience and knowledge is highly desirable
