ETC currently has an opportunity available for a dynamic and influential Senior Jobs Advisor in our Springfield Central office.
About the role:
ETC is a leading provider of Workforce Australia Services (WAS), a program that supports job seekers to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.
As a Senior Jobs Advisor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with personalised support and coaching throughout their journey. You will also work collaboratively with other ETC staff, employers, and community partners to create opportunities and outcomes for your clients.
This is a full-time position with the option of a monthly accrued day off and other flexible working arrangements.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Love working in a productive and collaborative team environment

- Be able to meet business objectives
- Experience in the marketing and placement of long-term unemployed clients into sustainable employment
- Able to manage entire Caseload autonomously
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Experience in case management, career coaching or employment services, preferably Workforce Australia or DES
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Strong administration skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
