About the role
Working as part of the Victoria Maintenance business the Senior Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling, managing, auditing and reporting of the maintenance activities conducted to support the Victorian toll roads.

Day-to-day, you will:
Develop the scheduling capability of the Victorian maintenance business to meet the challenges of maintaining a multi-asset network
Ensure that works are executed in accordance with the HSE management plans at all times
Be an active member of the Maintenance Team HSE advisory community and work to monitor and improve HSE standards
Utilise Maximo and other systems to carry out planning and scheduling functions
Provide scheduling and planning support, influence and coaching to ensure effective weekly targets are agreed, scheduled and communicated effectively
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Experience with using Maximo and Maximo Schedule
Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
Great communication (verbal & written) skills
A solutions’ driven approach
Experience in using a maintenance information system within a complex environment covering mechanical, electrical, electronic and civil assets
