100% Plumbing is a maintenance plumbing company that works primarily alongside real estate agents to attend to their maintenance plumbing needs.
Our team is based in Kew East but our plumbers travel all around Melbourne.
We are looking for an experienced office administrator with a focus on strong customer service skills, to join our fast-growing team, to help:
- Logistically schedule our plumbers to attend jobs
- Communicate with our customers throughout the process
- Report and invoice on completion of jobs
- Work beside another amazing office administrator
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Help improve and implement new processes

And you?
Do you have experience in Office Administration/ support?
Do you have experience in scheduling for a trade business? Well, that’s a bonus! but not a must.
This position would suit someone who has worked in hospitality or retail, who also has strong computer skills, but is looking for a career change (we love good customer service)
You’re also:
- Great with customers and have a friendly phone manner
- Good at building relationships
- A positive person
- Someone that knows their way around a computer with advanced literacy skills
- Are reliable and interested in being part of a company with a growth mindset
