We have partnered with a leading projects driven business experiencing significant growth through organic client acquisition. Reporting to the commercial manager and supporting the CEO you will lead a finance function whilst completing month end reporting.
Duties will include:

• Prepare financial statements for external accountants, budgets, and forecasts, providing recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary.
• Manage month-end close process, overseeing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Partner with stakeholders for annual budget, rolling reforecasts, and regular cash flow forecasts.
• Provide insightful P&L analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage WIP reporting
• Continuously improve financial systems and processes for accuracy and productivity.
• Manage budgeting process, ensure adequate cash flow, and oversee month-end processes

Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience partnering with a business to provide financial performance insights and driving efficiencies in reporting. A strong communication style and confidence in implementing systems and controls will be pivotal to the success in this opportunity.
