This Senior Manager, Business Product Marketing role is responsible for leading marketing programs that support growth and customer advocacy for Everyday Business Banking products. This role is for someone passionate about B2B & Product Marketing and Business Banking. Through an intimate understanding of our business customers, collaboration with our product stakeholders and leveraging our agency partners, we deliver world class marketing initiatives that deliver on our reimagined products strategy, to support and enable our business customers to manage and grow their businesses.Your responsibilities: Develop the strategy for new and existing product propositions, and oversee your team's execution of campaigns to deliver on this.Understanding of product P&L, key business objectives and targets to ensure most effective focus of marketing activity and anticipated financial benefits of activity.Work closely with the product and digital teams to deeply understand the journeys our customers' enter for each of our products and support in developing and executing marketing solutions for those.Identify new opportunities to drive growth and devise strategies to leverage with a particular focus on acquisition.You will be able to work in all marketing channels, including traditional above the line channels, and a strong focus on digital , direct one to one communications and Bank owned assets (i.e. CommBank, NetBank, Mobile, Mobile apps, online platforms).You will work with your team to continually optimise campaigns and measure, track & benchmark marketing activities against customer and commercial objectives.Management and negotiation with stakeholders to ensure delivery of marketing strategies across the Bank and externally where required.
