This is a key role within the team, where exceptional communication, influencing and project management skills are required.What you will be doing
- Develop strategies to optimise the profitability of Portfolios across Global markets.
- Drive strategic marketing through understanding market trends and new market opportunities by providing market intelligence and voice of the customer feedback.
- Ensure the effective development and commercialisation of new technology and systems.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment between the Product Market Plans and the Manufacturing, Distribution and Commercial Plans.
- Monitor external sales performance and provide information to regions to assist in its management.
- Lead the development and implementation of global pricing strategies.
- Manage commercial activities to meet Regional regulatory requirements.
- Develop market segmentation models and value propositions to enhance growth.
- Manage the global supply mandate to assist Manufacturing with the optimal capacity utilisation.
- Role ideally suited to individuals with a minimum of (15) years' experience in a similar global commercial or marketing role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, science, business or similar (post-graduate highly regarded)
- Proven track record of successfully leading the commercialisation of blasting products and solutions.
- Operational experience in either mining or mining services is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced problem solving and quantitative skills.
