The Quant StrategiesSenior Manager will be working as part of the Front Office Quants and Analytics team investigating trading strategies to assist traders with making strategic decisions when analyzing trades and portfolios. The role is based in Singapore.
The role requires knowledge in one or more of following asset classes, in order to understand and support trading analysis for the various desks in ANZ markets business: a) Interest Rate b) FX c) Commodity d) Credit derivatives. Previous experience of statistical analysis, trading analysis, trading strategies, economic research, Python / Jupyter notebooks and timeseries data analysis is required. Familiarity with big data analysis platforms such as Google BiqQuery or Amazon Timestream is an advantage.

Your accountabilities are but not limited to:
- Analysis of trading data and trading trends to verify existing strategies
- Research into new data techniques / streamlining of existing processes
- Discussion and framing of strategic direction with business stakeholders
- Integration of strategy platforms with Quant development libraries

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven track record in Quant background and knowledge of the relevant markets
- Experience in dealing with internal and external clients and working with traders and stakeholders.
- Experience with working in a team across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive results
- Experience with quantitative, data, trading and economic analysis is a must.
