In this role, you'll be directly embedded with the client, working hands-on to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that connect with their target audience and drive user growth. They want a rising star who’s willing to get their hands dirty and is passionate about AgriTech.

This role will be working closely with the Founder; they need the person to be based in VIC, ideally 5 days in the office. While our preference is for candidates based in VIC, we are open to exceptional individuals from Sydney who align with our vision and values.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Become an extension of the farmer marketplace team: Immerse yourself in their brand, values, and target audience to develop a deep understanding of their marketing needs.
• Craft a winning marketing strategy: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to devise a comprehensive marketing plan across various channels, including social media, email, PR, and content marketing.
• Content creation extraordinaire: Develop captivating stories, blog posts, articles, and other content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.
• Data-driven decisions: Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
• Support the sales team: Craft targeted marketing initiatives to attract new farmers and customers to the marketplace.

• Seasoned marketer with senior experience working with B2B and B2C audiences and a deep understanding the agricultural industry, its challenges, and its unique marketing opportunities.
• A social media whiz, well versed in platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• A content creation maestro who can write engaging copy, blogs, articles, and social media posts.
• You are a marketing data enthusiast comfortable with analytics and using insights to inform strategy.
• A self-starter with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive leader with exceptional communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

• Prior experience in the agritech sector.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Creative and innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
• Based in VIC.
