About the role
A full time opportunity has become available for a Senior Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and experienced team at either our Laidley or Plainland clinic. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work both independently when required and cohesively within a team environment. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with a sound background in customer service and be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and industry. Proficient computer skills with a knowledge of Best Practice desirable.

Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Excellent customer service - as the first point of contact for our patients
- Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records.
- Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
- Effective management of patient appointment types
- General administration and daily office duties
- Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager
- Provide support to wider reception team members.
