The Role: 

As an Occupational Therapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation at Reboundrehab, you will play a crucial role in our community-based service - providing expert care and support to a mixed caseload of Lifetime Care, Workers Care, and Workers' compensation clients. 

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals recovering from various neurological conditions, helping them to regain function and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Independently complete detailed, accurate, and timely reports.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families.
• Monitor and document client progress, adapting plans as necessary.
• Engage in professional development activities to maintain awareness of the latest advancements in neurological rehabilitation.

Requirements:

• Must be an AHPRA-qualified Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in neurological rehabilitation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, particularly in the completion of reports and assessments.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the community.
• Please note: This role does not include NDIS work.
