The Role An amazing opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Senior Office Allrounder / Customer Service Specialist to join Manor Road. With a primary focus on sales and Customer Service, this role requires versatility and a willingness to tackle various responsibilities. As the first white-collar employee in a small team, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting the founders to grow the business.
This position will suit someone wanting to work shorter hours over 5-day work week (school hours or similar) Flexible hours to suit the right candidate.
This role will be based in Forrestfield.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
* Enhance revenue growth by addressing customer inquiries and suggesting complementary offerings
* Process orders and coordinate dispatch with warehouses and 3PL partners
* Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
* Handle inquiries from new stockists and facilitate account openings
* Collaborate with the team to represent the company at trade gift fairs, participating 1-3 times annually, with potential international involvement
* Undertake additional roles within the small team, such as administration, operations, marketing, purchasing, and logistics based on individual strengths
* Proactively identify and address business challenges and opportunities, providing suggestions to management for improvement

* Preferably familiar with and passionate about homeware and giftware products
* Prior experience in Customer Service roles is preferred, with bonus points for relevant training or qualifications
* Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and developing written procedures is desirable
