About the Role:The People and Culture Department at Victoria University (VU) is responsible for all aspects of human resource management within the University including the development of human resource strategy, policy and procedures and the provision of services and advice on human resource management for general, academic and TAFE teaching staff.This is a full time continuing position HEP 7 classification, annual salary range $94,526 - $102,320, plus 17% superannuation working 36.75 (1 FTE) hours per week.The
Senior P&C Systems Officer is responsible for project managing the development, maintenance, and upgrades of the Ascender Pay system and other P&C systems, while delivering high-quality service to Victoria University's internal stakeholders for system management and reporting queries.
About You:The ideal candidate will possess experience in developing, maintaining and upgrading HCM and payroll systems. You have well-developed skills in system problem analysis, data analysis and solution development. Additionally, you will have significant experience in managing or participating in IT projects within established timelines and budgets. Furthermore, you will have a strong knowledge of AI, robotics and the HR technology landscape.
