Luxury Escapes is one of the world’s fastest-growing travel websites, with over 6 million members. We are growing rapidly & seeking a Senior Product Manager to build our Ads Platform.

The Ads Platform team is dedicated to crafting an innovative platform for Luxury Escapes and our partners. This platform aims to facilitate more efficient connections between partners and customers, providing them with tailor-made, targeted travel offers.

As we embark on the creation of this platform from the ground up, we are in search of a Product Manager with a proven track record in building and running Ads Platforms.

Luxury Escapes is an in-person company, with 4 days in the office, and 1-day WFH.

About The Role

Ads Platform is a growing business within Luxury Escapes with a huge potential. It’s pivotal to Luxury Escapes’ partners, customers and the business as a whole. The new team will be established in the next few months and will be Sydney based.

• Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for the LE Ads Platform, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and other Product Managers to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the development process.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Ads Platform, implementing adjustments as necessary.

Your background

• Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business.
• Specific experience with building Ads Platform.
• Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
• Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
• Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about building products that customers love.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Innovative Mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to driving innovation in the Ads Platform space.
• Results-Oriented, with a track record of delivering successful products and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
