About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Senior Production Engineers to join our team. As an integral member of our Production Engineering team, the Senior Production Engineer will drive the development, coordination, and execution of innovative and efficient production processes. With a keen eye for efficiency, they'll lead initiatives to optimise workflows and drive excellence in production.
Some of the key accountabilities will include:
- Identify and address efficiency gaps in manufacturing operations.
- Provide engineering support for maximum production output.
- Conduct analysis to minimize downtime and outages.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to current production activities.
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications.
- Optimise processes to maximize production capacity and reliability.
- Ensure safety procedures and environmental regulations are followed.

About You
To play a part in our continued expansion and success, we are seeking someone who ideally has:
- Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of composites production or related processes
- Sound knowledge of project management techniques
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of PLC systems (programming and troubleshooting
In addition, the following would be considered highly advantageous:
- Lean manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment would be well-regarded
- Microsoft office basic is needed, understanding usage of Minitab for data analysis is necessary
