The Builder- Offices in 3 locations across VIC
- Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets

The Role- End-to-end management and delivery
- Managing communication and progress amongst various stakeholders
- Working closely with management, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to achieve on target results without delays
- Provide full scope and feasibility of works
- Support the delivery of supply & installation projects on time and within budget
- Working alongside internal team to make sure invoicing and project variation management is documented appropriately
- Monitor job progress against milestones, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project life cycle
- Ensuring the project comes in on time and budget
About You- Minimum 4 years in the industry working as a Project Manager
- Experience on health, pharmaceutical or industrial projects highly favoured (though not essential)
- Australian working rights
- Ability to work autonomously
