Senior Project Manager

About the role
As Senior Project Manager, you will work alongside our leadership team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The point of difference for this role is that you are a key people leader, who works alongside our brilliant leadership team to oversee multiple projects or manage a team to deliver a flagship project.

About you

• A natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them
• experience of fitout and refurbishment projects over $10M
• strong understanding of project management within the construction industry
• building-related degree or diploma, or a trade background
• strong financial acumen and communication skills
• ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
• excellent knowledge of EHSQ principles
