What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Executive Director, People, Communications and Philanthropy, with a dotted lined to the pi rector, Redevelopment, 'the primary purpose of the Project Manager, People Change and Communications role is to support of a range of capital projects within Peninsula Health such as, the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project, Mammography Project, various Project Planning activities, business case development and office relocations. The role will drive subject matter expertise in regards to leading staff change related to redevelopment projects, project communications and support Peninsula Health Staff, Community and Stakeholders through the project development and delivery phases.
Key to the role will be the ability to form and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government, staff, unions and contractors. This role would assist in documentation of Peninsula Health's functional and operational requirement for capital developments and support in the development of technical reports. The role will also focus on stakeholder and user group consultation management.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Lega/HR/Health Qualifications
- Experience leading formal and complex organisational change
- Excellent written / administrative / technological skills
- Project delivery experience in a project support role
- Ability to consult, liaise with key stakeholders
- Extensive experience in preparing briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise language
- Well organised in everything you do. Ability to form relationships with people, by quickly and easily establishing rapport
- Ability to maximise your time and get the most out of whatever time you have available
- Big picture thinking and enthusiasm for coming up with new and different approaches. Strive to produce original work through creativity and combining things in imaginative ways
