Job Description
The Senior Project Officer will lead and facilitate the development and implementation of health service redesign and integrated service delivery models with the focus on Aboriginal health. The role is undertaken in collaboration with health service providers and key stakeholders to meet the key strategic directions of the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) and the broader health system with reference to improving Aboriginal health and wellbeing outcomes. Contributes to developing cultural safe practice models and programs and monitoring these systems in the delivery of health care.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time appointments.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2024.
