Directorate Profile: The System Improvement Unit (SIU) is responsible for system wide reform programs including the Emergency Access Reform Program, the Outpatient Reform Program and the Community Services Strategy. SIU works closely with all Health Service Providers, community and primary care agencies, consumer organisations and other areas of the Department of Health to bring about system wide change and improve patient experiences and outcomes.
Position Profile: This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and motivated Senior Project Officer join the System Improvement Unit, within the Department of Health. The Senior Project Officer manages and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects, working with multiple stakeholders to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of reform program objectives.
